The beef was nicely cooked and seasoned, albeit a bit thinner than I remembered from when I had it at Amoy. Nonetheless it was a hearty and filling dish that made dinner very enjoyable!
Nicely seared salmon slices topped with a generous serving of ikura and tobiko. The mentai sauce was a tad salty for my liking and got a bit jelak midway, but the mild miso soup really helped to cut through the creaminess!
