My initial thought was that tatertots as a topping is crazy. But I forgot Iām a slave to carbs and it was absolutely delicious.
The scrambled eggs were nicely runny and the bacon crumb was surprisingly substantial. Could have done with more truffle drizzle but overall this dish is šš»
