For those who enjoy a variety of quality wagyu, highly recommended to go for the Assorted Platter of Hida, Miyazaki, and Olive Wagyu Sirloin. Melt-in-your-mouth texture, these wagyu beef is very juicy with rich and umami flavour. My personal favourite is the Olive Wagyu which I read that it is one of the rarest steaks in the world. Wow!

Every sukiyaki set is accompanied by assorted vegetables and tofu, konnyaku noodles, two bowls of Hokkaido rice, and raw Okinawa egg as a dip. A platter of seasonal starters including the crowd’s favourite uni yukke cone, will be presented for dine-in guest.

The Gyu Bar’s house-made warishita is imbued with fresh tanginess and natural sweetness from peeled tomatoes. For those who enjoy spicy soups like me, tantalise the taste buds with optional add-ons of chilli padi and deep-fried garlic chips that are served on the side.

Happiness whenever I walked into Gokoku Japanese Bakery to shop for my breakfast and afternoon tea break, everything looks and sounds so appetizing. Their buns are made using quality Japanese ingredients and hearty grains essential for daily nutrients.

Spotted something new when I visited to their outlet yesterday. The all-NEW Ham Tamago Bun is filled with Japanese-style egg mayonnaise, savoury ham & sweet ketchup. Can’t resist to get a few pieces back for my family to try it.

If you have not tried their bakery before, their crowd favourite GKK Signature buns include:

Yakiniku-GO has several outlets in Singapore but only Yakiniku-GO Plus at Suntec City that offer Premium Wagyu at wallet friendly price. What I am having now is their 150g of Wagyu A5 Miyazaki Platter Miyabi ($39.80) that includes 2 kinds of Wagyu Karubi and Thick Cut Beef Tongue.
