Lastly, the Sakura Entremet priced at $9.50. This lovely creation had sakura whip, lychee peach compote, vanilla sponge, and vanilla sable. It provided a fruity and juicy delight reminiscent of enjoying fresh peaches.

Moving on to the Pear Entremet, priced at $9.50. An artful pear-shaped creation composed of pear whip, cinnamon pear compote, vanilla sponge, and cinnamon sable. The rich pear compote was perfectly balanced in sweetness.

Next, we tried the Gula Melaka Opera at $9. A carefully layered cake featuring jaconde sponge, coconut feuilletine base, dark chocolate ganache, and gula melaka buttercream, all topped with a dark glaze. While the sponge cake was decent, it didn't quite deliver the anticipated burst of Gula Melaka flavour.

First on the list is the Mango Tart priced at $8.50. A vanilla tart filled with luscious dark chocolate coconut ganache, zested mango compote, almond cream, and vanilla chantilly, all enclosed with a vanilla sable crust. This sweet treat offered a nice blend of mango, chocolate, and zest.

Lastly, the Blue Swimmer Crab Dip priced at $26 was a delightful treat. The wonderfully aged cheddar and mozzarella melted with blue swimmer crab, sambal oelek, and shallots, resulting in an addictively mild spicy cheesy dip that paired excellently with the provided crackers.

The Mushroom Veloute at $13, was a hearty mushroom soup with sauteed mushrooms, black summer truffle, porcini tapenade, and mushroom emulsion, perfectly complemented by a slice of bread.
