Despite the limited options for Lunch, it's still quite filling for us since we spam the meats. We had the Beauty Collagen soup and Miso Seaweed soup. Both were savoury, tasty and appetising in it own way but I prefer the collagen more since I a sucker for it. Quality flavoured soup for this amount, I am sold.🙌
Desserts here were great.🤗
Love their smooth & soft honeydew too as its hard to find a good one in buffet if you know what I mean. Watermelon were big, fresh & juicy. Barley with Gingko nuts was sweet, chilled and nicely cooked.😋

Back here after 2.5 years to once again feast on their famous wild mushroom soup.🤗

Time limit - 90 mins and they are quite strict on it. Buffet includes sauce & seasoning station, ice cream and selected drinks.

Topped up $8/pot to make it a three base pot with wild mushroom soup as a fixed soup. We had the tomato and herbal soup. I'm glad that the soup had improve as it tasted heavier, stronger and distinct enough than what I had previously.
With the wide selection of normal buffet, there isn't a need to go for premium unless you want their wild mushroom Platter plus other unlockable (but I seriously recommend you all to try once, strange name mushroom but taste fantastic).🥺
Spamming the meats and normal mushroom into the hot piping soup. Hehe. Get their fish too. Tasty meat & tender fish once cooked. Dip into your self made sauce to savour it.
What a great and enjoyable meal with friends to have before coma-ing for the night.😴

Before arriving to @kushidining , we are wondering to go for their classic buffet($45.80++) or premium buffet($69.80++) as the price is kind of steep. Guess what we choose?
Indecisiveness plus anything as an answer lead us to the premium where we had the fully unlock buffet menu to try from.🤣

Quality Food that comes in quantity is definitely a blessing for all, just that our stomach is too small.😣 How we wish we can stuff more food from their buffet.😅
Generally, their food are tasty, I quite like their pig trotter vinegar, the meat is so tender and fatty, that vinegar is just so awesome to drink it alone.😋
Mapo Tofu has the right texture, numbness and spicy kick to it. Its hard to find a good mapo tofu. 👍
Poach beef, smooth, silky, chewy and succulent.😍
Fried carrot cake, fragrant and savoury.👌
Siew Mai, essential dim sum plus it is topped with a mini abalone to make it more elegant.🤩
And desserts must get the soya bean and homemade bean curd with wolfberry; if not why are you even here. Lol. Natural, authentic and traditional.😊
Lemongrass jelly with fresh fruits are refreshing. Mango pomelo sago for a sweet ending.😇

A very much average dim sum place. Lots of deep fried food. Some dishes were good while more of the rest were mehhh...😔
Personally, I like the savoury juicy Xiao Long Bao, meat in it was great but downside was the skin kind of thick.🤨
Salted Egg Yolk Siew Mai was nice as I love to eat those yolk, meat wise was pleasant too. Though my friend find it weird or having an acquired taste. They prefer it without the yolk. So it depends.🙂
Now to some hit and miss.😐
Liu Sha Bao Bun too thick but the flowy custard sauce in it was alright. Mango Creamy Chicken Tart and Pineapple Char Siew Tart, I only like the sweet top crust though generally the tarts are okay. The pastries fruits in it, seem kinda negligible, its super mini lah. Meaty with subtle fruit taste. As for dumplings, skin very thick, but meat in it was nice.
Egg Tart was a failure, its totally cold, tart lack buttery fragrance and the custard was like what am I eating.🙄
Noodles section was a disappointment too, noodles itself still okay but the sauce/condiments comes with the noodles is pathetic & doesn't taste as great. Literally, can change your mood.🙁
Anyway, sugarcane prawn is actually Lemongrass prawn. What a misleading name.🤷🏻‍♂️
Lucky is buffet, else I must think twice before coming to this place after seeing the ala carte pricing for each dish.

We are the lucky customer that manage to get to dine in @souprestaurantsingapore Tea House at Terminal One for their limited time dim sum buffet promotion.
*Reservations are fully booked and they do not accept walk in during this buffet promotion.
A standard mediocre 90 mins buffet with few delicious dish from the limited choice menu.
Drinks not included in buffet.
What is dim sum without Har Gao and Siew Mai right?🤣 Congee is comforting.☺️ Yam Puff is crispy nice.👌
One time serving of crispy prawn cheong fun, the crispy prawn taste overwhelm the cheong fun blandness making it can't taste much of the authenticness of the rice noodle roll.🙄
We all agree that their springy slurpy noodles with their special mix sauce plus the fresh bouncey prawn wonton is the only dish that will make us come back again to dine.😍
Ending of with Desserts which are only available during dinner and weekend.

Chilled Red Tea Aloe Vera Jelly😋
Not sure how many desserts I had as I kept ordering it.😅

Food were serve quite fast and piping hot.
- Peking duck is nice but the portion is kinda small although it say half🙄
- Carrot cake is umami.
- Their signature Bak Kut Teh XLB taste of the BKT is not strong, quite fade. Eat without the vinegar else it cover the whole taste.😭
- Liu Sha bun aka creamy custard Salted egg bun was oozing with overflowing goodness but the bun is quite thick.🤔
Overall, food quite decent but can better.

Whenever people ask me any Mookata Place to recommend, I will always suggest this place. Simply because they are one of the cheapest & yummylicious Mookata place that is worth my every penny among many place I had been to.
Aroy Mak Mookata is my to-go and favourite.😘 Remember to jio me if y'all going.😉

Always order this. Get their marinated pork🐷, succulent meat when cooked, and full of umaminess. They also had Sai Oui(Northern Thai Sausage) which not many place serve.

(Include beef, smoked duck & Seafood like slipper Lobster, flower crab)
But you are good without it unless you have a craving for it.
Have a taste of their homemade dipping sauce to make your food more appetising.😋
