We literally fought for this. Truffle and angel hair is like match made in heaven. Always. The chef had been generous with their ikura, that added layers to flavour to the comforting sweet, creamy bafun uni and crunchy and savory sakura ebi. Totally worth the 38 bucks.

The otoro left a sweet bouquet in the mouth with every bite, totally delish and wished there were more of that. The bafun uni was sweet and creamy. Generous serving of freshly grated wasabi was the icing on the cake. Totally satisfied..!

First dish of omakase.

Third time having this. Albeit I have weakness for anything with fresh abalone, by the time this was served, i would be quasi full and could never finish this savory creation.

Pure indulgence for the uni lovers~

Freshness is a given. My first time eating Katsuo and it was pleasantly sweet with firm texture. The sea bream was surprisingly fatty.

Forth dish for omakase. The foie gras topped with sweet bafun uni totally overpowered the hotate. The amaebi tasted substantial but nothing exciting.

Indulging fatty otoro with creamy sweet uni that tasted bliss and comfort to the overworked soul. Accompanied by Zuwaigani dressed in crab roe sauce topped with crab liver jelly for a savory bite.

Thinly sliced sea bream with shio konbu, chives, laced with their inhouse truffle soy sauce topped with truffles shavings for that burst in taste.

Sweet creamy Uni on a bed of seasoned minced otoro on thin toast, topped with caviar and truffle to add layers of taste all into one.

Value omakase with creations that taste straight from the sea with little rice just like how they serve sushi in Japan to bring the focus back to each chef’s art work.Enjoyed this immensely maybe except for the shirako as the serving of it was a little overkill for me. Dessert was pumpkin sorbet, refreshingly light. There was also scallop gukan, unagi sushi and a generous slab of otoro sushi. Too lazy to upload multiple posts on one restaurant.
