The pasta was really cheesy, salty, and had a very thick consistency. Overall, I would say this dish is a little too gelat and monotonous (salty). However, it is very filling and the portion size is huge so it would be a good choice if youāre really hungry.
1) Cacio E Pepe ($26)
A rich, creamy, and chewy pasta dish unlike any other. Pasta tasted authentic and handmade. The cheese was just nice and not too salty. š§
2) Rigatoni Spicy Vodka ($28)
A simple and delicious tomato-based pasta dish. Mildly spicy and might not be suitable for those not used to eating spicy food. š¶
3) Riesling Domaine Neumeyer 2018 ($19/glass)
Washed the pasta dishes down with this nice and refreshing glass of white wine. š
Overall, the menu was a bit on the pricey side, but the service was excellent and the view spectacular! š
