I can't appreciate tea but I don't understand why only the bottom is sweet, and we weren't told to stir or even given stirrers.

Nothing particularly noteworthy. Their chili sauce is not bad though, and it's slightly different from that on top of the eggplant

This was very well executed, but I rmb this exact dish somewhere else, even the execution is similar. Sichuan alley I believe? Maybe the head chefs used to work together?

The green curry was light but pretty decent. Ckn cubes were well sliced without too much heat, but again this whole bowl was cold. The corn and mushrooms were nice too, but the portion is rlly too big for 1. No one finished their bowl, many had finished only half

The Thai style was pretty safe, I'm surprised how little heat there was. Chinese style was quite good too but the cut was too fatty, most of my pieces were 90% fats.

Most importantly how was this served cold though? Inexcusable
