Possibly a new fav of mine from the menu – Le Bon Funk's leek ravioli is insanely clean tasting, yet addictive enough for me to want to go back for another bite / plate. Served with a carrot butter sauce and topped with pea tendrils, the perfectly thin ravioli skin holds a generous portion of sweet leeks in it which instantly melts when you take a bite. You won't realise till you're done with the plate that you need another and another.
Pro-tip: don't share this - it's okay to be selfish
A signature at the first location at Club Street, Le Bon Funk (Holland Village) is also serving up their popular Cedar Jelly and Foie Gras Toast. For the uninitiated, this decadent piece consists of a toasted fluffy brioche, topped with sweet cedar jelly and shaved frozen foie gras, which falls down like snow & melts in your mouth like it too. This dish is a perfect starter, or do what we did, have it as a in between before desserts – it also sits as a perfect segway into the sweets on the menu.
