Signboard was small we almost missed it. Coffe was not bad. It actually attracts a tourist crowd! Amazing for the location

Not a lot of options on the dinner menu, maybe cos it’s the weekend in cbd. Mostly just burgers & a cold pasta. Thankfully the food was all decent! We also had the portobello burger, patty & portobello were both generous, and who can resist that stick of bacon! The sticky date pudding was also surprisingly enjoyable, the maple and ice cream were really good! Washed down with peach lindemans beer.

You can help yourself to the fried lard! As well as spring onions, lettuce, vinegar and condiments! Don’t worry, I didn’t go all out, got self control one 🤣. The bak chor mee was ok, the coffee was, as usual , good.

On a date with the dog and stopped by for a kopi at 190 Degrees. Spotted egg tarts fresh from the oven and was sorely tempted by the old skool snacks going for $2.7. Everytime I’m here I marvel at the chief staff’s multi tasking skills - she can do everything at the same time, even though they have staff now. Meanwhile a lady with her hair in curlers with a salon towel on shoulders walks in and nonchalantly orders 5 coffees. Gotta love this neighbourhood 🤣❤️

P.s it’s not specifically dog-friendly , doggo was leashed outside the salon next door and next to my outside table

Nice indonesian beans, good service, large counter but sadly no seats! Liked that the coffee wasn’t too sweet, barista says they are applying for seating space which is great cos it’s a little awkard otherwise if you just wanna hang out long enough to enjoy a cuppa. Good size at 300 ml

Don’t like milk tea. Don’t like tea with coffee. So was happily surprised to like this fragrant brew!

The few sandos I had in singapore were not much more than regular sandwiches so was fully expected to be disappointed by this. But it was actually good! Creamy egg, tasty bread, thick spam & tangy sauce. Was worried portion might be small but by 3/4 through I was thoroughly full.

Reviews online rated the steak better than the fried chicken on french toast but I beg to disagree. The runny eggs were good, the beef was ok, w a wasabishish sauce

Was also psyched to discover this cafe, it’s such a pleasant place to have a good meal and do some work on the laptop. There was so much good food there I basically ate down the street! Pity it is a bit out of the way

Despite the less-than-enthusiastic reviews, I was pleased to love this! Chicken was crispy, tender & well seasoned. Maple syrup was lovely and not super sweet.
