Ate at Meat N' Chill, and we ordered the Honey Mustard Ribs, White Alabama Ribs, and the Fudgy Brownie for dessert.

Each ribs main came with 2 sides. The meat was very tender and you could really taste the smoky flavours mixed with the honey mustard sauce. The Fudgy Brownie was not that sweet, but it felt a little dry on the jnside. The vanilla ice cream was a nice touch, though.

The waitress and waiters checked up on us at appropriate times, promptly delivering water and cleared our plates. The atmosphere was warm and inviting as well, although it was slightly darker than I would have liked. Personal preference, though.

All in all, would return for their amazing ribs, and maybe try the steak as well next time.

I went to Miraku with my friend last night, and I had an excellent experience! When we entered, we were greeted with a warm and soft interior, and the manager and enthusiastic chefs. We were served hot tea upon sitting down.

After which, we were served the first salad, a sakura ebi salad that was both briny and sweet at the same time. A perfect blend of flavours! Then, to start us off, we had chawanmushi with cubes of A4 Wagyu and boiled carrots, as well as a special mochi at the bottom of the cup. Wonderful starters to whet our appetite.

It is after this that a whole slew of sushi came, such as Isaki nigiri and Uni handrolls. Each piece of fish is especially fresh, and it has a very smooth mouthfeel. The amount of wasabi is just nice as well. (First time eating wasabi without needing to reach for water.)

To finish off the meal, we were served a rice bowl with cubes of seared fish, tamagoyaki, and cucumber, adorned with a crown of roe alongside a cup of miso soup. Dessert was a bowl of strawberry milk ice cream. I'm not usually a fan of strawberry-flavoured desserts, but the flavour wasn't too strong, and the milk made it creamy.

Service was excellent at Miraku, where all the chefs were very friendly and nice. My friend couldn't exactly take food that was too raw (discovered only after we sat down and had a few dishes) so the chef seared most of her fish for her. When she had a bout of gastric, they asked after her as well, and even offered to serve a smaller portion when she said she was getting full. All in all, impeccable service.

I would definitely recommend Miraku, especially if it's your first time at an omakase.

Had a fantastic dinner here at Meadesmoore! Have been meaning to try this for a while, and I'm glad I finally got around to it.

We started off with the Wild Arugula Salad, thoroughly enjoying the crispy croutons, the cured ham, and the poached egg nestled in the middle of the Arugula stack. Perfectly sets the mood for the rest of the meal.

For mains we had the USDA Prime Hanging Tender, which was, as its name suggests, very tender and juicy. It was the right level of doneness, and it wasn't extremely chewy. It is complemented well with the garlic and the bearnaise sauce. We also had the Lamb Rack, wowing us with its smoky and very pronounced taste of lamb, which I very much loved as I am very partial towards lamb. We also had the Grilled Broccolini with the mains, accompanied by romesco salsa and a scattering of hazelnuts, which really added to the taste!

Lastly, we had the dessert, featuring an amalgamation of fruits like raspberry, strawberry, and lychee, as well as meringues and vanilla ice cream with almonds towards the bottom. It had a very fruity flavour intertwined with floral notes. Nothing was too overpowering, and it really serves as a fantastic finish to the meal.

The atmosphere was new to me as I'm not used to eating in such upmarket areas, but the deco definitely fit the dark theme it was going for. Service was amazing as well, with the waiter coming to check in on us and ensure that the food is brought out in a timely manner.

Would come again... as soon as I saved up enough money once more.

Ordered their Fried Baby Squid, Duck Confit and Steak Frites. The food came out really fast, and the service staff were exceptionally helpful with their recommendations and occasionally checking up on us to ensure that we were having no trouble.

The Fried Baby Squid was crispy and went well with the spicy aioli, which was tangy and had a kick at the same time. The Duck Confit was tender as well, and underneath the duck was a small hill of creamy sweet potato, beans, and corn. We also had the Steak Frites; the steak was tender and juicy, and the Frites were especially crisp as well, each bite leaving a satisfying crunch. Lastly, we had the Chocolate Brownie, warm and served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, the taste accentuated with raspberries and nuts. It made for a satisfying dessert, a fitting end to our fantastic meal.

The atmosphere was lovely as well, our table provided with a small lamp that made it all the more romantic.

Would definitely recommend Market Bistro, a good place to settle down for a quiet dinner with friends.
