What an amazing dining experience! Went for a Sunday dinner and was lucky enough to sit at the counter to watch Chef Gwyneth run her service. Incredible flavours all around!
MVP dishes for me were the prawn toast, monkfish w/ cashew curry and jumbo prawns.
The 25-day aged cut was an absolute flavour bomb - juicy, tender and seared brilliantly. Service was also top-notch with the waiter explaining each cut in detail to provide a more holistic experience.
But the real MVP goes to the dessert. We got the cheesecake that came wrapped in a delicate crepe, and was treated to a tableside flambé. Guaranteed incredible experience for you, your company and your mouths
Had a hangover and the broth was the EXACT thing I needed. Drank the first spoonful and it immediately woke my body up. Highly recommended!
Also ordered the hokkien mee - full of flavour and loaded with fresh seafood. Special shoutout to the chilli as well.
