We decided to try the Seafood Pizza, and it did not disappoint. The thin crust was perfectly crispy with no burnt edges, and the flavors were rich and satisfying.

The chicken wings that followed were tender and packed with great flavor. To finish, we had the Linguine Vongole, beautifully cooked with white wine, giving it a light yet savory taste.

Overall, everything was simply awesome!

I was craving herbal soup today and came across a reputable restaurant near where we were looking for lunch. After a short wait, we managed to get a table and were immediately impressed by the variety of dishes and soups on the menu.
Since it was my first visit, I asked the server for recommendations. We decided to share the claypot turtle soup and the cordyceps flower kampung chicken soup. She also suggested two of their signature side dishes which is the jade tofu and handmade fresh prawn rolls which we ordered to complement our meal.
The claypot turtle soup was hearty and full of rich herbal flavor, while the cordyceps flower kampung chicken soup was light, nourishing, and refreshing. I found the signature jade tofu impressed with its delicate texture and vibrant taste and the handmade fresh prawn roll stood out with its crispiness and the natural sweetness of the prawns.
Altogether, the dishes were well-prepared, flavorful and complemented one another perfectly. We ended our meal with free complimentary ice cream which is free flow for all the guests.
Strongly recommend for those who like herbal soup to give this restaurant a try and plenty of road side free parking on Sunday and after 5pm on weekday too.

We had dinner at Market Bistro and truly enjoyed the experience. The baby squid fritters were perfectly crispy and delicious, while the Irish Duck Leg Confit was tender and full of rich flavors. The ribeye steak was juicy and cooked just right, and we ended the meal with a cheesecake that was wonderfully rich. Overall, the food was excellent, and the service was just as impressive.

At New Bahru, there’s an exotic seafood restaurant called One Prawn & Co that specializes in wood-fire grilled dishes. My hubby and I decided to try their 8-course feast, and it turned out to be a wonderful dining experience.

We began with Ostra Regal Oysters with Lime Cheek, available fresh or grilled. I opted for fresh, and they were impressively large, briny, and absolutely delicious. Next came the Prawn Toast with Aioli — crispy, golden, and packed with flavorful prawn filling. The okra, lightly grilled with togarashi spice and bonito dressing, was simple yet delightful.

The octopus with assam pedas hummus and crispy renkon chips was a perfect balance of smoky, spicy, and tangy flavors. Then came the stars of the evening — the 16-Day Dry-Aged Kingfish Loin with Green Goddess and the Jumbo Tiger Prawns. The kingfish was beautifully tender, while the prawns were incredibly succulent and juicy.

We ended with their signature Burnt Toast Ice Cream, which was both unique and indulgent.

Overall, it was a memorable experience — we truly enjoyed the wood-fire grilled creations and can’t wait to be back for more.

A nice and chill spot in the Katong neighbourhood, Seng House truly surprised me with its quality food. We had the Double Bacon Mash Burger and Spaghetti Al Granchio, followed by their Durian Crème Brûlée. The burger was juicy and tender, while the spaghetti was incredibly delicious — a must-try for crab lovers who enjoy a little spice. To end the meal, the crème brûlée was rich, creamy, and absolutely satisfying. We’ll definitely be back again!

Dropped by Salmon Warrior to grab a Salmon Teriyaki Don, an Ultimate Unabeef Don, and the Cheesezilla Yakitori. To my pleasant surprise, everything was really tasty and delicious. We just enjoyed an amazing BBQ dinner at House Chungdam, and it was absolutely fabulous! The restaurant boasts a stylish, refined atmosphere that sets the perfect mood. We ordered the pork neck, belly, and jowl, all cooked to perfection, juicy, and incredibly tender.

The flavors paired wonderfully with the variety of side dishes, especially the spicy squid, which was a standout. I also fell in love with the cold buckwheat noodles which was refreshingly light yet full of flavor.

On top of the great food, the staff were warm, friendly, and attentive throughout our meal. If you’re looking for authentic Korean BBQ, this place is a must-try and you’ll definitely love it!

Visited Zhup Zhup to try their prawn noodles, pao fan, and ngoh hiang — and I must say, everything was served piping hot and full of flavour. The prawn broth was incredibly rich and savoury, with a deep umami that truly stood out. The prawns were fresh and succulent, perfectly complementing the noodles. I thoroughly enjoyed the meal!

If you’re a fan of prawn noodles, this place is a must-try. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful dining experience at Meadesmoore tonight. The ambiance was warm and intimate—perfect for a date night. The steak was incredibly flavourful, tender, and juicy, and paired beautifully with the balsamic roasted mushrooms. I especially enjoyed the pavlova dessert—light, refreshing, and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this place to anyone who loves a good Wagyu steak!
