Korean Seafood Stew best served on a chilly cold evening 😋🌶️🌶️🌶️🍲

Mee Siam or often called Siamese noodle is a very popular noodle dish in Singapore and Malaysia. This Mee Siam is based on the Singapore version, which is a hot and spicy dry noodle dish. The dish is typically made with thin rice noodles (vermicelli), and it has some big punchy flavours such as chillis, lime, bean paste and tamarind. I used a pre-pack Mee Siam paste for ease of cooking. Tastes so good too. Been carving to eat this dish and cook my own Singapore Version Dry Mee Siam at home. Enjoy! 😜

Verdict: Not spicy 🌶️ more of tomato taste & it’s so easy to cook. To enhance this dish I suggests to add in fresh squids, fresh prawns & more red chilis. 😜
