My boss told me that this dessert been in the industry since he was a kid, before the glass of this dessert is too tall that sometimes he can't afford to eat all. But for me i love it, with ice cream, jelatin, buko.

Well CALDERETA is not new to me specially to some people who loves sauce in their food, but this one i find it interesting because the softness of beef is great, sauce is good (not salty,sweet,sour) just perfect. not boring to eat,and you will love it until the last drop of sauce.

I don t know if I got the name correct, but this one is something new to me, they incorporate the noodles, leaves (kang kong ) and chili thats gives spiciness to this food. Try this one and am sure you will love it also.

Aside from pamana,Gary David's kare-kare, this one is truly the best! I mean from veggies,to sauce and up to the meat that is so soft to eat. Lorenzo's way is the best restaurant that caters Pinoy food with a combination of some foreign foodie. I salute Lorenzo's Kare-Kare my ultimate
