Enjoy dining without burning a hole in your pocket, no membership required
I've been dying to visit this place and I'm glad I finally did. Lets start off with the sisig. I've had a lot of sisig before and if you've also had it, you'll know that there's a freshly cracked egg that you're supposed to mix with the meat as the plate sizzles. What's different about my experience here is that the server actually does all the mixing for you. It was pain free, done right and I was able to take this video clip! The sisig was good and I like that it doesn't taste too fatty. It was perfectly paired with garlic rice and they serve it with suka (vinegar) mix which also has a great flavour to it. But that's not even the best part yet -- this Bloody Mary right here is so unbelievably good that I drool everytime I think about it. Check out this authentic recipe from their menu: patis fish sauce, Jufran banana ketchup, sugarcane vinegar, lemon, lime, Maggi savor, horseradish and muddled sili chilis. It was a perfect mix, I couldn't get over it and I made sure I told the bartender that, who entertained us the whole time. Just so thoughtful in the way they prepare their food.
