LanZhou is the capital city of Northwest China whereby it is full of large population of Muslims. Same with this, they are highlighting halal shaved noodles（刀削麵）and to be honest this is quite worth a try if you are around Ampang Park. It's nestled in Megan Avenue 1, which facing the main road and it is easily to be seen. Their fried shaved noodles (RM13) is surprisingly good. Was thought their noodles might be too thick but it's not. Well cooked beef and some green peppers had makes this dish perfectly serve. It's always full during office break within 12pm - 2pm on weekdays. Make sure you come earlier for more seats.
