100g of plump and juicy steak tartare topped with a quivering, pepper laced yolk. Alongside are condiments of chopped red & white onion, pickled cucumbers, capsicum & mushrooms, and sardine. Half the fun is mixing everything with the beef in proportions according to your taste. Spread the resulting paste on buttered dark bread and enjoy!

A pork sausage snail served with fried onions, cabbage slaw, fried potatoes, ketchup and mustard. Pretty standard fare but oh so cheap!
