I realised that people in Bangkok really do treat their coffee seriously, and this is a perfect example. You will notice the barista here use a special mechanical machine to extract the flavour out of their beans manually and you can taste it within their coffee.
We got their Mocha Latte (75 Baht) which was really strong and fragrant without being too milky. The coffee wasnt too acidic and both the coffee and chocolate notes really went well together. This is definitely a darn good brew, perfect for the hot weather. A wonderful drink to have whole shopping in Chatuchak!
