Sewai (right) is vermicelli pudding cooked in milk & coconut cream. Kheer (left) is rice pudding cooked in milk, bay leaves & clover.
They use local noodle cooked in Nepalese spicy Curry. The Curry is made of Nepalese chilli which has a quick spicy effect but doesn't stay long in the mouth. It's like pepper spicy. A hearty and delicious spicy noodle soup.
