Tried a unique dessert that featured Laos mangoes, fresh coconut and toast. It was a yummy mix of flavours, especially how the slightly sour mangoes went with the sweet apple maple syrup. However, the #frenchtoast was too dense & lacked the moist/ eggy taste/ fluffiness that one associates with french toast. The toast still paired well with the rest of the components, and is great when paired with a cup of coffee to enhance the rich coffee flavours

The beans come from the local plantations, are roasted in-house & profits are reinvested to benefit the locals. We couldn’t decide which of the two beans we preferred and it’s really up to personal pref. Peaberry is light & smooth with a more fruity aftertaste while the AA-grade is stronger & more bitter. Would highly recommend getting a dessert to have a perfect balance of sweet & bitter to make for a nice afternoon tea
