Need I say more about this gorgeous looking and fine tasting choux. If I had a party I’d buy a tray and have 4 of it for myself because you still have to share at a party. Oh how I miss Sydney - ok I lied, I only miss its food and people. #burpple #sagaenmore
So I did.
Mushrooms on toast - roasted, pickled and caramelised mushrooms with mayo, sourdough (hidden by mushrooms) and fresh herbs. This has got to be the best rendition of mushrooms on toast I’ve ever had, from the huge variety of mushrooms (button, shiitake, shimeiji, enoki - that was what I could identify) to the sweet, sour, savory variants, to the toasted sourdough, mayo and freshness from the chives - it made for a wonderful hearty and umami packed breakfast. It was so delicious and filling, I almost could not finish it, and had (sadly!) no more space for dessert after. I now need to head back for the pastries and cakes! #burpple #sagaenmore #andybowdy
