Jumbo Tiger Prawns, Sakura Vermouth, Burnt Leek Oil Jumbo Tiger Prawns, Sakura Vermouth, Burnt Leek Oil ($56) – Flame-grilled, fresh-tasting, and meaty. The jumbo tiger prawn was nice, but my favourite part was the buttery cream sauce and drizzles of leek oil, which added a bright, caramelised flavour.
