sashimi! We had amberjack sashimi rolled around ankimo (monkfish liver), yellow tail sashimi and aburi kinmedai (seared red snapper). *
I love ankimo 😍😍 so I may be biased when I say it was super delicious.

The aburi kinmedai was also executed well. Loved the smoky and fatty taste of the fish.

I especially liked how the baby squids and daylilies were grilled so well. Soo delicious!

I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. Although the chef is local, you do get good quality food.
