It was simply described on the menu as "White and dark Lindt chocolate mousses. Served with coffee sauce and raspberry sorbet". Although there was nothing simple about its taste at all. Savoury CrĂȘpe: Shrimp & Lobster CrĂȘpe
Went out for dinner last with a friend to a restaurant in our city that was highly recommended to us by our friends. It just so happens that the restaurant was having a crĂȘpe fest! So we both indulged in savoury and sweet crĂȘpes and our foodie bellies were just in full delight.
Featured here is the Shrimp & Lobster CrĂȘpe with shrimp, lobster, celery, red and green pepper in saffron cream sauce. Served with mango and spinach salad.
I pretty much inhaled this plate. The saffron sauce just gave the dish so much flavour and they didn't skimp out on the seafood either! The side salad was equally satisfying. Loved its fruity vinaigrette and tasted so refreshing.
