Pan Roasted Salmon by The Hungry Hound. The new kid in town, just opened last august. Finally got the chance to hit the place by making it my first meal on my birthday. Salmon meat is a very fine meal when cooked right. Happy camper on that day. The aroma and taste of tomato compliments the freshness and well preserved thickness of the salmon. I just wished the chef could have thrown a little bit more of poached veggies pa. No rice folks, but you'll be suprised being okay with it. But anyway, still something i'll visit again. Perfect match with their juices. Mind you, their fresh fruit juices are the real deal - freshly squeezed and worth the price.
