I always thought Yorkshire pudding would be some kind of pudding? Or at least something dense like a classic black pudding? But it actually is just puff pastry. Sometimes served with sausage or roasted meat. Quite normal, like a normal puff pastry. Lol
This was pretty good but I personally do not like the strong pork smell from the hog. The pork crackling was really good though! The bread is smeared with apple sauce and topped with roasted hog, then pork crackling is thrown on the sides and wrapped. But I really wonder, why do Brits like to eat cold breads?? Not toasted or anything.. 😱
Pork crackling. Was too full so requested for without bread, which turned out to be more expensive. Ironically I loved potato more than the pork.
