Fresh and sweet. Yummy.
You get a set of sauces and condiments, plus pumpkin soup. The signature sesame sauce was nutty and tangy, but I preferred the dry spice powder as it felt like eating Chinese skewers. Pumpkin soup was sweet, thick, and comforting.
Banchan options were limited: kimchi, potato salad, leafy salad, & pickled salad and all of them tasted meh.
Grandma Seafood Pancake (Non-Mem - $16.90) had a crisp outer, fluffy inner, and was loaded with seafood, very umami.
We also added Thick Sliced Beef Tongue (Non-Mem - $35.90) which I find is quite normal, lacking rich fattiness.
