Visited the original outlet in Bangkok after having tried their chicken rice here in Singapore. Go-Ang’s soup and sauce give the chicken rice meal a different standout character from chicken rice we’re used to in Singapore.

We battled the long queue at Go-Ang Pratunam CHICKen Rice to enjoy this simple plate of goodness! 😍😍😍 Established since 1960, this Michelin-star name lived up to my expectations. 👍🏻

Here's what we had:
🔹️Hainanese Chicken Rice (THB 40)
🔹️Chicken Liver & Gizzard (THB 60 for small)
🔹️Stir-fried Water Spinach (KangKong) (THB 60)
🔹️Lemon Honey Tea (THB 35)
🔹️Roselle Juice (THB 25)

The chicken was just decent - soft & succulent, but the STAR has got to be the rice! ⭐ Fragrant but not overly oily, i utterly enjoyed my carbs! The signature savoury sauce also elevated the overall taste of the chicken rice! ❤❤❤ Gizzards were well-prepared too - no unpleasant smells or taste! 😋

My parents werent a fan overall cuz they was no CHILLI! 😂 Are u also 1 of those who die die needs chilli in your plate of chicken rice? 🤔
