Ribeye 200g [$31.90 for 2 pax] Probably 4th or 5th visit to Stirling Steaks, but 1st time to this outlet! Overall 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Ordered the rare ribeye 200g for 2 of us, with a side of truffle fries. Loved the steak sauce, and the truffle fries were good too! My steak was soft, although my bf’s one had quite a lot of chewy parts. Comparing to my previous review, seems like they raised the price by a dollar. Still worth it though. They also serve free iced water so you can save on drinks 😊 customer service has always been good every time we visit. Would definitely come back here many times over!

1 For 1 Ribeye Or Sirloin Burpple beyond / entertainer Awesomely grilled beef served with generous portion of your choice of carb - mash or fries! Ribeyes are fattier while sirloin is more lean! Both taste good and worth it for the portion.

Awesome Steak! We opted for the 250g ribeye done medium rare with truffle fries using burpple beyond 1 for 1 deal. Wow! We were blown away. It was spot on. Medium rare done right. Paired well with the truffle fries. Yes we will definitely visit again!

Strawberry Peppercorn Sorbet Refreshing end to the meal, with a beautiful yuzu peppercorn consommé that was the only alcohol we had that night. Loved the attention they put in to every fish. Probably a contender for one of the best meals this year amidst the madness of all our CB/HA/phase1-1000.

Cheese, Date, Sesame Tuile The dining buddy commented "Never have i seen a date so plump" to which I responded "I know you only go on dates with skinny ones". Jokes aside, that was indeed one plump date, which apparently cost $2 each according to the waiter. I don't know about you but I've never seen such an interesting random pairing of desserts that were just slapped together but somehow found beauty in their chaos.

Red Mullet Nice but otherwise simple mullet fish with what I believe was fish scales scorched in super hot oil.. that strangely resemble the texture of fingernails. The provencal bisque absolutely blew me away with the intensity of flavours.

Char is now located at 454 Race Course Road Char Siew + Sio Bak Rice set @$.9.20++ The reason why we go to Char, to eat their Char Siew. Char Siew very Tender will very good fat/Meat Ratio. The sauce was flavourful. Sio Bak skin definitely crispy but the meat a bit dry. The chilli provided was surprisingly good, spicy too. Char is now located at 454 Race Course Road.

Jasmine Roasted Duck 1/4 @$16++ Char is now relocated to 454 Race Course Road. Other then their signature Char Siew, this Roasted Duck is rather not bad. Skin was slightly crispy and the meat was tender and not dry whatsoever.

Good roast pork but stick to the char siew! Char also serves a good roast pork but unlike the char siew, it's really hard to justify paying so much more when you can get comparable roast pork elsewhere.

𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗮 𝗥𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗮 𝗖𝗮𝘃𝗮 We started off the meal with a glass of sangria red and sangria cava. We found the former quite light and not too dry (the way we like it) and had a lovely sweetness from the fruits. The sangria cava was a spanish sparkling wine which was bright and refreshing. We would definitely recommend getting a jug (or two!) to share at the table.

𝗚𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗮𝘀 𝗔𝗹 𝗔𝗷𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗼 ($𝟮𝟰) Starting off with a classic, this was as good as we remembered it! The large prawns were sweet and juicy, with the garlic and olive oil offering a nice aroma. You should definitely soak up the oil with the bread and prawns for a satisfying bite.

𝗔𝘀𝗮𝗱𝗼 𝗗𝗲 𝗛𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘀 ($𝟯𝟮) This tapas featured two luxurious pieces of roasted beef bone marrow. The marrow was so creamy and sinful - its rich umami flavours were really out of this world, especially when paired with the warm sourdough!

Tokusen sushi lunch set Was thinking between this or Kaiware restaurant opposite. Decided to eat this because I was craving for some ikura sushi. Lunch sets here all have great value and the standard is consistent.

Ieatishootipost 7-course Meal ($50++) Rounded off the last day of the #JubileeSG weekend with a splendid dinner at #Fukuichi. The @ieatishootipost 7-course meal came in generous individual portions. They were scrumptious and packed with little surprises - I found kani in my century egg tofu, and scallops in my foie gras chawanmushi (uh huh). All that quality nosh for an unbeatable price of $50++. Available for both lunch and dinner.

Spider Maki Roll ($18++) The deep-fried softshell crab was extremely crunchy and pleasantly free of oil. Equally good was the brilliant orange roe which was fresh and firm. I would have preferred every bite to be more luscious though. A little extra creamy Japanese mayo would have made it perfect.

The 'B' Burger Their signature beef patty burger which they call it the 'B' burger. Ala carte pricing is about $16 before tax. The beef patty is thick and really succulent unlike those common hard and dry patty that u get in most places. I got the set which consists of a huge plate of garden salad, a choice of the 'B' burger or the chicken burger and a mini sundae. Whole set comes to about $30 after tax. Price wise rather acceptable for that standard. Nice place to chill as well!

The Rossini A slab of foie gras over a dry aged beef patty with black truffle mayonnaise = 🙋 Burger still as good, fries not so much!

The B Burger [S$17] Came here on a Friday night and it wasnt crowded, so I would recommend this place for couples who want to have a quiet dinner on Friday nights where there are queues everywhere. The most popular dish here is the B Burger. The special thing in this burger would be the flavourful caramalised onions. The BBQ sauce went really well with the fries

S’more French Toast [$12] Some days all you need is a good brunch to kick start the weekend! Simple French toast made with thick, soft and fluffy brioche sandwiched with marshmallow filling and finished off with crunchy honey comb bits and maple syrup!

Ricotta Pancake Best ricotta pancake in town! With really mild fragrance of ricotta and passion-fruit butter, topped with nut brittles and maple syrup. It’s the perfect brekky on a plate. It’s really tough to find an establishment with such standard for ricotta pancakes!

Cheesecake Semifreddo $8 Another pretty item that was a cross between cheesecake and ice cream. Nice palate cleanser after a heavy brunch.

Salad, with some protein! Just..broccoli, chicken thigh, cous cous and roasted pumpkin! Chicken thighs wasn’t too dry, tho rather oily for what’s supposed to be a healthy lunch. Broccoli was cooked to a crunch! I would prefer for it to be a lil’ more cooked (ie soft than crunch)

Wild Mocha Dolce | $8.50++ Espresso, chocolate, milk, honey. The chocolate was rich, together with the espresso it was just right. One of the better mocha.

Lunch Deal: Steak And Fries Comes with a side of garden greens and walnuts and a drink, this lunch deal is as good as it can get. The steak, nicely grilled and trimmed is generously pour over with pink peppercorn- mustard kinda sauce which I distinctively remembered having when I was in South Africa. Sidenote: not everyone who enjoy the sauce, since many are accustomed to the usual brown sauce or black pepper. The meat, seared so nicely that it still retains the natural juice, and pink right through. The portion of their golden shoe-string fries is simply perfect. Crisped all the way through, their fries are simply on point. Lunch is quick and prompt, perfect for those who wants to beat the queues of other places, and yet want to dine comfortably.

L'Entrecote Steak And Fries The set lunch is only $20.90 plus the salad and coke/sprite. I ordered the medium but it is overcooked. Not really satisfied with the service. Won't back again

Trimmed Entrecôte Steak & Fries Was not as good as I thought it would be. The fries taste better than the steak. Good experience but probably wouldn't come back again. The staff is very helpful and polite thou 😊
