Simply adored the sausage patty that was kiap-ed in between the egg and cheese. Not your usual frozen processed sausage nonsense, but the chef here makes her own patties that's infused with some herby goodness. Thumbs up crack! I'll be back !

No need to mention how well cooked this was. It totally hit my weak spot with it's addictive Carolina dry rub that's just a little bit spicy and every bit amazing. I'm coming back to try as many dishes as I can here, especially their pastas!
