This pho bo is excellent, the beef is freshly cut & cook on order, soup base is from hot bone made broth, aromatic taste with tender beef, the add on lime, spring onion, chopped celery & mint make it more seduction. This shop is hide in the small lane , but a short walk from the Tirant hotel in hoan kiam district.

Pan seared the bottom to light golden brown, brush the top with home made sauce. That's so simple & healthy delicious. But today's frozen cod steak is cost at $50+ per kg, compare with $20+ in the old day.

Almost authentic to Hong Kong style, only lack of adding in 九王(a relative of the spring onion that is yellow in color with distinctive fragrant smell.)
