Finally got to try 4fingers! ^^ SUPER YUM! Someone recommended this awesome North Indian Restaurant at Expo and it really was awesome! ^^ At the far back is the chicken briyani. Loved it. The rice was really fragrant from all the spices and the chicken was tender. We also tried the mutton briyani (not pictured) and the mutton was super tender <3
In the middle is butter chicken. Again, super tender with a great creamy, tangy flavor. Yum!
And the one in front is cauliflower and potato fried in spices (as you can clearly tell, I forgot the name haha). But it was nicely salted and flavorful. And finally, my absolute favorite. Fried yam puffs. These were hands-down the star of the entire meal! I really paused and had a "hallelujah" moment when I bite into these ;p the outermost layer was really crispy, the middle layer of yam was soft and creamy and the meat filling was salty and had chucks of meat and mushroom. Usually the meat in the yam puffs are nonexistent. Haha but there WAS meat in these. My friend even said "oh look! These yam puffs are really special, it had meat in them!" Continuing with my journey to #cantonparadise , we also ordered siew Mai and tees were one of the best siew mai I ever had! I'm usually not a siew Mai fan but these were awesome.
