Terrible customer service.

Found a blog review about them that was really negative but decided to take a chance. Turns out, it wasn't worth the risk.

Firstly, when we arrived, no staff bothered to greet us or attend to us. This made us feel slightly at a loss of what to do. Next, we made a reservation so I had to find a staff to inform them about it but apparently, there were no tables reserved. Got thrown around to 3 different staff who did not know what to do with us and just left us standing there.

One staff led us to a table which was already occupied by someone else, resulting in a small squabble.

Another staff told us to wait outside for the next table but forgot all about us.

After 30 minutes, there was a table vacant but they started to give it to a new set of customers that had came in. We had to go to the staff serving them and inform them we were waiting for the table, to which responded reluctantly to give us the table.

They didn't even bother about the reservation nor do they pay attention to their customers.

Terrible customer service.

So next comes the food.

This is the Grilled Chicken ($20) which looks terrible in terms of presentation. The earlier fiasco already dampened our moods and the food just didn't help.

We will not go back again nor will we ever recommended this place to our family and friends.

The effort to drive to such an ulu place was wasted.

We ordered: Pepperoni, Salmon, Cooked Prosciutto Ham and Honey Bacon Pizza.
(2 Flavours per large pizza, shared between 2 of us)

Obviously those aren't the exact names but we were too famished to memorise them 😂 We felt that the salmon was the most bland (and perhaps healthiest) of them all. So for those of you who don't like overly flavorful pizzas, that's the one for you!!

The best was the honey bacon pizza which was SOOOOO GOOD. I mean, who knew you could actually put honey on a pizza??? And it definitely worked for us 😍😍 Definitely coming back for this again!!

Heard loads of good reviews for this cafe and they did not disappoint!!

We already had lunch before coming here and felt a little regretful cause the Menu looked REALLY good for both mains and desserts! 😍😱 Definitely coming back here next time, but for now we tried their mini tiramisu as we were way too full for more.

The tiramisu was really GOOD! The coffee was really strong compared to other ones we have tried (some are more creamy) and overall, it was the best tiramisu we have ever tasted! 😋

We'll be back soon to try everything else 😎👊🏼

We didn't plan to go here for lunch as we wanted to dine at a cafe further down the same row. However the other cafe rejected our Entertainer App coupon (such disappointment as there wasn't supposed to be any other terms and conditions but oh well😢) so we ended up here instead!!

We ordered the Sambal Risotto and Shrimp Marinara! We felt the latter was not something special but the shrimps were really tasty and fresh! However, the Sambal Risotto was really good and we felt was something exclusive to that Cafe 😋

As the name suggests, this cafe seems to specialise more in desserts cause the cake display were filled with so many delicious looking treats! Plus everyone else there was having cakes instead of mains 😂 We should probably head back for the cakes soon instead.

Came here just for desserts - Chocolate Chip Waffles with Cappuccino Ice Cream, Salted Caramel Ice Cream and maple sauce 😁

I'm a fan of dense, cake like waffles and don't really like crispy ones so these waffles were really yummy!

This is the best bing Su i have ever tried!!

I ordered a mango BINGSU which had really yummy cheesecake bite size pieces, super sweet soft mango and loads of digestive biscuit crumbs!!! 💕🙆🏿

I really like that it's not overly sweet unlike Omaspoon at 313. You won't get sick of this!! 😍

It's quite expensive though.

Came here for dinner today and got the mushroom minced meat noodles! I think it isn't amazing but the meatball was good.

I prefer "EAT" minced meat noodles which are tastier to me.

Not sure why all the ice cream shops in Sembawang closed down in the past year, leaving only "Gelare" at Sun Plaza which closes at 10pm. (Too early for night owls). 🙁

The next nearest destination was Yishun where holy cow creamery is! This place closes at 11pm and is a short drive away from Sembawang. I really like their ice cream and my favourites are Honeycomb and Cookies and Cream! 😋🍦

They have other interesting flavours as well such as ONDEH ONDEH and Thai Green Tea.

Their waffles are not amazing but decent enough. I don't recommend the charcoal waffle cause it doesn't taste any different 💁🏿 However, their salted caramel sauce is amazing!! 💕 You'd have to add an additional $1 or so to pair that with the normal waffle though.

My fellow Sembawang peeps would know that our sad ulu Neighbourhood has nothing much to offer. However, this pasta shop in Sembawang Shopping Centre is worth visiting!🙆🏿💕

My favourite would be the pepper cream sauce pasta that's not too jelat, which is something quite rare to experience when eating cream based pasta 😋

I have paired it with salmon and grilled chicken during my 2 trips there and they are both really good!! The chicken might be slightly too salty for some though.

Move over meet and melt, and even After You Bangkok.

This toast is simply amazing!! Second time eating and we're definitely going to be back for more. The coconut ice cream and fresh coconut shavings compliment the buttery toast really well. It's not overly sweet and simply refreshing 💕😋

This is our first time at the outlet in Sun Plaza. Usually we would go to the one opposite SSC as there is no service charge or GST but we were way too lazy to walk 😂

Quality wise: It's the same! And maybe even better with the air conditioning on. 😂 But we'd prolly still head back to the open air outlet.

Simply delicious! These pizzas have a thin, crispy crust and so they won't make you feel too full. This is definitely one of the best pizzas we have eaten!

However, this place can be quite noisy as its family friendly and there were loads of screaming kids.
