I had 3 others with me to conquer all these, though I ate most of them. My personal favorite was the rosti with broccoli inside, a side in the salmon in lemon and dill sauce dish. Of course the classic meatballs and chicken wings were a hit too, and the silky mashed potato was lightly spiced making it different from those you get outside. The nasi Briyani had nothing remarkable, but what was most disappointing was the pork knuckle which was the costliest. It had a weird aftertaste that I compared to the smell of the pig's stable. No special sauce was provided either.

Ever seen a Chanel bag and a Betty that can be eaten? Not only are they exteriorly appealing, they are delicious too. While the Betty boop red velvet cake has thick layers of cream, the inner half of cream is actually cream cheese which is more flavorful, healthier (?) and makes it more worthwhile to eat. The cake has an interesting tinge of raspberry taste and it really isn't sweet, a pleasant surprise.

The pumpkin soup was delicious even at such a low price (as in the 2-pax set and also as an add-on to a main for $3.50 with a drink). The Pom-pins (what a cute name) were fried potatoes that were amazingly not too oily and very evenly breaded. This restaurant, hidden at the top level of the mall, is surely a good hideout for friends to catch up with each other!

(This dish has a cooler name) Risotto retained a bit of hardness instead of turning all mushy, the way I like it. Going for the 2-pax set including 2 mains, a soup, a side and 2 drinks at only $21.90 is definitely a good deal!

A healthy and yet filling and delicious dish. The top ciabatta had jam at the bottom but it wasn't captured in the photo. It had peas (similar to chickpeas but not sure of the exact name), avocado, cheese, turkey ham, tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber. All so healthy and fresh!

Love the crunchy outside and fluffy inside of the waffle. Love how thick the waffle is as well!

Really chocolatey with coco crunch in the middle and Oreo shavings on top! This cold dessert is a sweet way (pun intended) to cool you down in this hot weather.

4 different items for each person. Mixture of sweets and pastries that are tiny and cute, but a pity we couldn't finish them.

Just look at the perfectly spherical shape of the vanilla ice cream and you know this restaurant is not a typical family restaurant. Back to the dish: This is undoubtedly delicious, but there isn't any special oomph effect making it a lot more outstanding than the rest. I've never loved chocolate lava cakes as I they are too sweet for me anyway, so perhaps I'm not the best person to judge.

Pasta was firm and springy, and the skillfully cut pieces of clam were tasteful as well. What I would especially like to commend is the plating, showing the chef's drive for perfection. Eating on the flat stone plate made this dish even more interesting and enjoyable.

My first time having a go at white truffles, and a substantial amount indeed. Costing $9 per gram, I really couldn't bear to swallow it. For those who haven't tasted real truffles, I can only say it's delicious, unique and heavenly, and it's difficult to find a simile to describe it. I believe the pasta was meant to be that way, but I would definitely like it better if it were less cooked and with less cheese. Cheese taste was overpowering and it's easy to get sick of it if you have one whole plate to yourself.

Soft and nutty, this was a great dessert to end of the hearty meal but it was still not my favorite. It was delicious, but to me it didn't taste much different from a vanilla ice cream oops.
