Steaming retains the natural flavours of the Putien Clam and with the fragrance of Huadiao wine infused in the clams, the brininess and unique sweetness of the clams intensifies.
Leaving a warm and memorable taste on the palate.

The crisp fried dough biscuit known as Papri is made from flour and oil. The topping is a colourful combination of chick peas, potatoes, yogurt, mint & coriander chutney, cumin powder, tomato, tamarind dates chutney, red chilli powder and that's about all I jotted down as quickly as I could. The crunchy little bits of noodle like toppings are known as sev made from chickpea noodles.
I was told it will be an explosion of flavours in the mouth and it was truly so. Sweet, sour, tangy and spicy flavours all in a bite with different textures happening all together - creamy, crispy and crunchy.
My favourite from lunch today and I am convinced (finally!) that I do like Indian cuisine after all.

The rice noodles were a little mushy for my liking but the level of spiciness exceeded my expectations.

A simple dish that's refreshing on the palate with multitude of textures and flavours - creaminess from the rich Parmesan cheese, freshness and slight bitterness from the rockets, zest and acidity from the lemon juice and the meaty flavours of the beef tenderloin held together with that olive oil.
Always one of my favourite classic Italian antipasti to start the meal with.

This place will always be special for me. It's the go-to place for me and my sis when we were younger. Dad would bring us here for a treat after swimming and we would be over the moon.
