With generous amount of fresh seafood (crayfish, clams, fish, scallops, prawns, lobster balls etc), this is super hearty. Most importantly, i love the soup! Light but packed with the fresh essence from the seafood and i dont get thirsty drinking it. In fact, im craving for this nowwww!

This quintessential Singapore breakfast dish is made fresh on the spot, and is topped with chye poh, which is rather uncommon. There is a variety of fillings to choose from, including mushrooms, prawns or char siew. What stood out for me was the thin and silky skin, which soaked up the sauce very well.

This BCM hits the spot when you are in the mood for some comfort food. Good mix of chilli and vinegar, with generous portions of minced meat and mushrooms. I usually add fish balls to combine my two loves - BCM and fish ball noodles. :)
