Tried the new 4fingers outlet at Jurong Point and it was finger licking good!
Halal dinner buffet with free flow of drinks at $51.50. Great variety of dishes and pretty yummy I must say.
One of my favourite items here at Kaffir & Lime. It's rich and slightly sweet. Prices are really affordable considering it's Paragon.
My mum introduced me to Ritz Apple Strudel when I was in secondary school and it has been a huge hit with the family ever since.
βOTTOβ is Italian for βeightβ, and dining here will give you reason to believe this was meant to be the eighth wonder of the world. The food speaks for itself, and its no surprise with acclaimed Italian Chef Michele Pavanello (formerly of Il Lido) heading the culinary team. A special off-the-menu dish we also enjoyed was the Wagyu beef and pan-seared foie gras tagliatelle ($44). Grain-fed for 180 days, the Australian Wagyu is incredibly tender; the pan-seared foie gras so creamy and smooth that it melts in your mouth like butter. A very hearty dish, but delicious nonetheless.
Pandan, coconut, gula Melaka, muscovado sable and Yuzu. Love it! It was much smaller than expected though.
Any excuse for good soft serve π
Not really impressed with the service here. The salsa was given in a very small bowl, obviously insufficient for the whole platter (or the fajitas later). However, when asked for more, we were told that we would be charged extra. How unreasonable. Do at least try to give a proper amount in the first place.
Six interesting flavours: carrot cake, chendol, earl grey, Nutella cheesecake, strawberry cheesecake and chocolate cookie butter.
Beef & Grains ($25). Seared marbled striploin, wet Orzo rice, fried & runny free range hen's egg, sweet sour ginger, furikake and scallions. It's as tasty as I thought it would be!
