2am dessert bar is located at a hidden corner on level 2 at holland village, keep your eyes peeled because you might miss it! The restaurant had a dark classy vibe and it was really relaxing.

Ordered the chocolate H2O ($22) because the staff said it was really popular. It is a 65% dark chocolate and water mousse with caramel, kochi yuzu sorbet and chocolate crumbs.

It was rich and chocolaty and the caramel was sweet and good. The yuzu was pretty sour and tart balancing out the taste and was refreshing at the same time. Overall really expensive for $22 but cool experience.

Mississippi S’mores cake from cake spade ($8) per slice. Went ahead to order a whole cake because it tasted so good! The s’mores was soft and sweet perfect for an indulgent treat. The chocolate was thick and not too sweet. Really tasty cake overall!

Seasonal Mao Shan Wang cake from Cake spade ($ 9.80). The cake was really light and fluffy and had a rather strong durian taste. Wasn’t for me because it was too creamy and soft and quite expensive for the price tag.

Double Chocolate blackout cake with vanilla ice cream ($16) The cake has a rich chocolate taste that was thick and delicious and had the texture of brownies. Delicious and smooth and also a large slice! Quite expensive for $16 though.

Charcoal Grilled Norwegian salmon with salt of teriyaki salt and side salad ($9)

Salmon was pretty dry and not very juicy but well seasoned well and quite tasty. The salmon was also soft and breaks apart well in your mouth. For $9 you get such a big piece of salmon, i think it is a really good deal.

Tried the famous Shiok Maki from Koh grill and sushi bar. ($16.80)

Quality definitely dropped since last time but taste still really good. It is made to order and warm and super delicious! The creamy goodness and smoky flavor in your mouth is really SHIOK!

DIY salad from Salad Stop at Tangs ($9.90)

Base is romaine lettuce but upgraded ($2) for spinach and kale.

You can choose 10 toppings from a wide range of ingredients. Super love this

Added warm baked mushroom ($1.50) and avocado ($1.50)

Salad stop is one of my favourite salad places to eat a healthy filling lunch. Though prices are rather expensive, the food is fresh and the staff is very friendly. The warm baked mushrooms were seasoned really well and the salad was really tasty. Choice of bread stick or crackers to go with your salad too! The food here is really good!

Tried the Super Balanced DIY meal ($13) at superfudo today.

Base: baby spinach
Protein: chicken breast
Veggies: broccoli and mushroom
Toppings: furikake seaweed and cilantro

The food was fresh and tasty but a little on the salty side. Portion was rather small for $13 but it tasted homemade and healthy. Chicken was soft and quite juicy and veggies were fresh. Cutlery is made of wood and rather hard to use. Like the ambience of the store and staff was friendly. Taste was rather normal but might come back again.
