Unagi bowl ($12.90) Rice was very mushy. Unagi quite small. Unagi bowl not worth it. Wanted MYO bowl but it’s their first reopening day & many ingredients not avail. Will be back to try their MYO bowl.

Great value for money and delicious My absolute favourite place for bowls. The Bowl in the picture was about 7.50 including the beef. Without would be 5.50, very worth it with fresh ingredients like avocados. Quite alot of proteins and nice sauces. 11/10

Not a real 1-for-1 deal Been here several times. Food here is 10/10. However, did not appreciate that they have a separate price menu for burpple user without informing us. This menu is priced higher than their normal menu. Ultimately only saved ~$5 as compared to 2 mains from their original menu.

Good bowl of Chirashi Easy fix for a bowl of chirashi. What's funny is that they have a separate pricing menu for those using the Burrple 1 for 1, the prices for it was being jacked up. Strange thou.

LYCHEE OOLONG tried their Lychee Oolong💗 which is their new flavor. Both lychee and oolong is more of an after taste which i think they used lychee oolong tea to make the creme 🤔

CHICKEN BACON PIE Their Chicken Bacon Pie surprised me by how good it is💯 It’s meaty inside with cookie crust outside💗 served with salad as well 😋

Customised Acai Small ($7.90) included crunch - maple pumpkin granola, fruits - banana, drizzle - almond butter ($0.50). I saw it this online and decided to try it out. But I felt that it's located at tourist area as at least acai was not that bad. Acai was not that frozen and also fresh made with the ingredients. Almond butter was quite fresh made and got thick texture.

Beef Pie and Peach Tea 🍑 The beef pie was okayyy…about 90% was mashed potato’s and the bottom had ground beef. It’s really filling but other than that a tad bit underwhelming. Maybe this can be a dish you can share with your friends and then you guys can order another main to try (at least that’s what I’m thinking of trying to do next time haha).

baked chicken bolognese while this meal was affordable with the burpple 1for1, it was definitely very meh. the portion was rather small, and it tasted somewhat cheap and underwhelming. i guess its still acceptable but i wouldn’t make a special trip down here just to try this!

Bakes w cold brew Today’s orders: Beef pie with mash and double cheese Cheesy chicken baked rice Black cold brew Used burpple 1-1 main + drink deal and total damage was around $26. Beef pie has a layer of mash potato on top of minced beef. Beef is very flavourful and mash has a slight sweetness to it. Baked rice is average, not amazing but loaded with a top layer of cheese.

Cosy corner along Lorong Kilat Patronised c&c thanks to Burpple 1 for 1 beverages. Undeniably the cups are huge but not something I would pay full price for. Pictured above are the hojicha and matcha lattes at approx $8 each at regular price. However, it’s worth considering if you are looking for a place to hang out as it is really peaceful.

Ok, with 1-for-1 Ordered 1-for-1 brunch, Big Breakfast and Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict. Big Breakfast: expected it to be better for the price, the toast was kinda hard to cut, bacon was slightly over fried and hard, the egg mushrooms and sausage were okay Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict: this was good, but sadly they ran out of brioche bread and I had to top up $3 for croissant

Closed at 620pm Burpple states that it's open till 8pm but it was already closed around 6pm

Disappointing They no longer sell bagels but the burpple still says they do; travelled all the way down and was disappointed. Do take note if you plan to head down, they only do the box of six now.

Truffle Beef Bagel ($15.90) We got their truffle beef bagel ($12.90+$3) at the Burpple Food Street on Saturday! Lunch crowd had just rolled in and the wait for 2 bagels was more than 30 min 😓. We were also surprised by the size as it was much smaller compared to the ones given to our friend who had ordered earlier 🤷🏻‍♀️. The beef was cooked well, tender but bordering on chewy. Would give a pass on the truffle the next time as it wasn’t prominent (probably just truffle oil) and not worth the additional $3.

Various type of mexican foods Order total of 4 mais whcihc include Salad, Tacos, Burrito & Quesadilla. We order all the regular option which is actully quite big too. All of the ingredients well integrated together. Wouldn't mind trying again.

False advertising by establishment The deal was clearly stated as a 1-1 smoothie bowl with homemade lemonade. We ordered a $15 smoothie bowl, with the lemonade costing $6. With the 1-1 offer, the discount should have been $21. In addition, the deal stated that $2 will be taken off the bill if we changed the homemade lemonade to a house drink (of which we chose a small flat white that’s of a lower price than the lemonade). This however didn’t happen and a total of only $12 was taken off the bill. It’s not about the absolute amount, it’s about being upfront with your deal and honouring it fully and unfortunately this wasn’t done.
