Many commented their tea is good, but can’t seem find any comment on their food.
Ordered the Chicken Hyderabadi ($10.9) and chapati ($1.5 each). Pleasantly surprised by this dish! Spicy and flavourful.

Tried a couple of cakes at J&D and this is the best. $6 each.

Ordered the egg ben ($22) and egg white scramble with chicken breast ($24). The poached eggs were disappointing as they were a little overcooked. Overall a healthy meal.

It's a good deal given the Burpple Beyond's 1-for-1 deal. However, i find it the meat a bit too fatty for my liking.
Fav dish was the 2nd dish: foie gras creme brûlée - such an interesting twist to foie gras.
3rd dish was the beef skewer. The chimmichurri sauce is great, transforming an otherwise normal skewer to be a good dish.
4th dish was the beef char siew. The fat:lean ratio was probably 50:50, and I felt jelak after eating this. Not a fan of fatty meat.
5th dish was the beef slider. Juicy like what they claimed, but a bit on the salty side.
6th dish - the main. Cooked till medium rare, served on some pumpkin mash. It was good, but I was already feeling jelak from the previous dish, so I couldn't fully enjoy the wagyu.
Last dish was the Choc strawberry lava cake with cinnamon ice cream. I wished the lava cake was just chocolate filling, not a fan of sweet strawberry sauce. But it was still a great ending to the meal!

Always a fan of the waffles here. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Paired with pistachio and earl grey ice cream.
Devastated cos I didn't notice that Creamier is on Burpple Beyond until I paid.

We ordered a squid ink pasta ($28) and a Parma ham pizza ($26). The burpple beyond deal is 1-for-1 for a main and drink, so we were asked to get a drink to be able to utilize the deal. Meh..
The squid ink pasta is a bit too dry for my liking, and the pizza isn't the best that I've had. Total bill was $48 including drinks.

The braised beef noodles is really good, with lots of beef and tendon. We also ordered the beef ramen, of which the soup base of made of pork and chicken. Not as good as this beef noodles soup. With burpple beyond deal, it was only $16 for 2!

Went for dinner on a Saturday night and the place was packed. My second time there, but our food during the first visit was much better. Guess the overwhelming orders affected the quality - noodles were overcooked and clumpy. Sauce was good though - not jelak with a hint of spicy. With Burpple 1-for-1, we spent only $20 for 2 dishes. Worth visiting again, but maybe on a weekday.

Went for the 1-for-1 set lunch and it was such great value for money. All these for $69++! Waitress told us that the uni is Canadian - I felt that it doesn't taste as "ocean" as the other uni I've had in the past.
