Opted for the lower calorie option that swapped out some noodles for vegs (bean sprouts!). They added crunch but somehow dont coat the sauces as well as chives. Prefers the original composition.
Optioned for a healthier choice with the swap of usual ramen with low calorie glass noodles. Definitely a difference (not positively) in texture and fullnees. Not recommended.
Skinny sized meat rolls. A little too greasy and lacked the meaty mouthfeel I'd have liked.
Pretty generous portion of dumplings; plump and ample minced ingredients. Decent for its price.
Flavorful and soft. Great
Thick cut pork cutlet served with fluffy scrambled eggs and jap rice. Cutlet comprised mostly lean pork but retained its moisture. Well executed.
Strengthening nutritious chichen double-boiled soup.
Usual okonomiyaki drenched in sauces, topped with soft chewy tendons. Occasional indulgence in such rich food, overall too savory for my liking.
Average tasting gyōzas. Accompanying gyoza no tare dipping sauce adds a nice vinegary savory flavor.
Crunchy thin batter, deepfried upon order. Texture remained moist though a portion of cutlet was made up of breast meat.
The choices of vegetables vary at times. Rich tasty (grassy) thunder tea.
Looked pretty much as pictured on menu. Fluffy bun, thick fresh cut of tomato, and well cooked beef patty.
