The Original Durian Waffle - Drawing inspiration from Durian Sticky Rice, @sinleefoods' version comes in the form of a crispy waffle with a layer of pure Mao Shan Wang (猫山王) durian flesh, topped with a scoop of creamy coconut ice cream sprinkled with coconut flakes, coconut jelly and a drizzle of condensed milk.
Was surprised that coconut & durian complement each other well. Loving the combination & wiped the plate clean. The coconut ice cream was good too!
