One of their newest item on the menu which sounds like simply indulgence in the description where you get Vanilla Bean Ice-Cream atop a Brownie with honeycomb crumble, chocolate soil and salted egg sauce drizzled atop. Brownie was rich and chocolatey, though a wee bit on the cakey side but goes well with the smooth and creamy vanilla ice-cream. Honeycomb crumble adds a sweet crisp along with the cocoa powder, though the salted egg sauce was a bit tame tasting as though it got mixed with condensed milk to provide a form of sweetness. Mint leaves add this strong refreshing flavour to the ice-cream which was great. Think brownie meets Honeycreme meets potted desserts that are popular of the late; an all-in-one dessert that's just indulging despite it's misses.
