There was a 1-1 offer gg on already so there wasn’t a need for BB

Noodle was tasty, enjoyed the tomato soup but the hot n sour base was slightly too strong for me (both soups tasted like HDL’s). Overall a hearty meal!

V nice cosy ambience + cafe was rather empty on a Sunday night.
Rly enjoyed the truffle pasta; The truffle taste was STRONG so the dish was v flavorful and tasty from the first bite 😗 Parma ham pizza was not as spectacular as we had imagined bcos it seemed to lack smt but it was still yums. Pizza wld also be better w more greens as well but after speaking w the friendly staff, she had us know that we can simply request for more greens atop our pizza in the future :’)

Service was definitely a 10/10. The lady who served us was v sweet and friendly! Will be back to try other things on the menu.

Used BB for the signature Duck Confit Tagliatelle and the Chicken Leg, plus a side order of truffle fries. Love the truffle fries - V tasty, esp with a dip of the mayo! Duck Confit was tender and tasted rather unique w chopped hazelnuts, while the Chicken Leg was tender as well + filling :’)

In all it was a hearty meal, wld return to try other dishes on the menu 😬

While BB only includes the Mala Chicken and Herbal Chicken claypot meals, both tasted great! Figured that the Mala Chicken might be too spicy from reviews so we requested for the spiciness to be adjusted to a milder level - which turned out to be just right. Portions are generous (couldn’t finish and had to dabao), lemongrass drink is light and complemented the meal well!

Went to the UE Square outlet on a Monday afternoon for the lunch buffet (1-1 w BB); Had been looking forward to it a lot due to good reviews but it really didn’t match our expectations at all 😭

Food was mostly cold and served quite slowly.. Our anticipated Sashimi platter order didn’t get keyed in so we had to re-order it at the end when we were too full to enjoy it fully already. It was q hard to flag for the staff’s attention as well due to the location we were sat. Ordered ice lemon tea only to receive lime juice, and then randomly got cake midway which was prob a misplaced order (it looked like tamago and messed w our minds). Towards the end we just asked to cancel the rest of the orders that hadn’t arrived and settled for dessert - Mochi which was just bad...Skin was super thick :(

Overall there were just many small factors that made for a very disappointing experience. Nevertheless still impressed by the variety of >150 choices and the sashimi was not bad! Might give this place another chance as we believe that we may have just been unlucky with our first experience :’)

Duck confit was soo good. Meat was very well cooked and the sauces went really well with it. Would go back just for this!
Prawn ebi capellini was so-so, not bad but definitely not as spectacular as the duck confit.

Staff was very friendly; Would definitely return to try other dishes :)

So so good, every aspect of the dish was delicious; Loved the truffle, and the egg was perfectly done as well! Really not cheap @ $25/bowl (now increased to $28) so 1-1 was a really great deal. Will return as long as there’s BB to use :’)

Location wise - Not the most accessible as it’s a rather long walk from Tanjong Pagar MRT and was a bit hard to locate @ night.

Both pastas were great!!!
Truffle was an add-on for the Carbonara, and it made up for the price difference between both dishes which was a +! Loved the flavors of the laksa pasta too; The laksa taste was really there, though the mussels were a bit fishy.

Returned to order the exact same dishes on another occasion, but the wait for the food was really q long the second time round probably because understaffed :(
