Beancurd + Ice One of the best dessert we ever had together is their Tiramisu Snow Mountain with Beancurd ($12.90). Ice were finely shaved and the Beancurd below the ice were smooth. The ice and Beancurd taste unexpectedly well together. Very refreshing and simply delish. Despite its huge portion, we managed to finish it! Definitely the dessert to go to after any meal. • Their lemon juice with honey jelly ($2) was a refreshing drink with the sourness that tingle our taste bud with every slurp. The honey jelly also helps soothe the sourness of the juice and thus give the drink sweet and sour flavours. • Their milk tea ($1) was average but with glass jelly in it, it gives an extra chewy texture. ⚊ #jaepluskaereviews

Fluffy ($13++); La Rose ($15++) Fluffy's passionfruit lemon jelly and strawberry crémeux does little to cut through the richness of the vanilla white chocolate mousse. It becomes difficult to finish for one person after a third because of how rich the mousse is. However, each component was executed well - just lacking in the balance with the flavours that end up being masked by the richness of the white chocolate. La Rose is the best dessert for pictures, but I personally thought it looked better than it tasted since it just left the impression of a typical dark chocolate cake. With that said, I think Antoinette still held its dignity with the separate components that make up the cakes, as well as their delivery on presentation.

Yummy hongkong food One of my go to when I visit town for hong Kong food! This bread is the kind of comfort food that I like, especially when the bread is slightly toasted.

Crispy Polo Egg Tart 脆皮菠蘿蛋撻 ($2.30) It's my favourite from three egg tart <3 and quite flaky and also crispy texture on the tart. I didn't expected that their egg crust to be thin and also egg tart filling itself to be too much also. :") but the egg tart taste was quite strong as I thought and did reheat it on the oven.

Swopping out michelin noodle Noodles where the feature is the pork belly or char siew is lost on me cos I don’t eat those. They kindly swopped out the pork for me today!

a noodle story i didn’t intend to come here for dinner but saw they had a promotion so i dropped by… and it ended up BLOWING MY MIND. noodles were very springy, and i enjoyed every single thing in that bowl - the egg, the soft chashu that is so soft it practically dissolves in your mouth, the ngoh hiang, fried wanton… and the wanton soup was great to cleanse my palate at the end. they had an outlet at guoco tower but it has closed unfortunately :( but so delicious 8/10!

Singapore Style Ramen | $12.90 The noodles were nicely tossed this time round with its melt in the mouth pork belly. The ngoh hiang is extremely flavourful but felt that it was a little too salty today.
