Even up till now I'm still salivating over this memorable dish. Mixing the cream into the rice really skyrocketed the flavour. It was pure bliss the moment i took a bite. Unlike most Paella, this ranks at the very top of my list as it goes down so easily without being gelat and to top it all off...MORE SCALLOPS! 🤩

Not sure what happened to the glorious presentation that was seen online but after all it's all about taste. The saltiness of the ikura goes really well with the piping hot rice, the flavour of the beef was really amazing, that sauce is dynamite. However, the beef was quite hard to tear apart. Apart from that, the cons would be having lesser unagi and sashimi as compared to the regular set.

The giant thick slab of unagi is the highlight of this meal, fatty, smokey and tastes really luxurious with every bite. A good assortment of fresh sashimi to kickstart the meal is really a plus. For the amount of food and quality of execution on the unagi it is definitely worth the price.

This has to be one of the most value for money Mazesoba around Singapore. The ingredients were piled to the top, lying on a bed of springy noodles. Char siew wasn't as tender but hey the overall flavour of the dish works, definitely worth checking it out.
