Had the level 3 for this curry rice. The kick in was slow but goodness it was spicy! I mean I can take red chillies but this spiciness is on a different level, lingers on. If you're up for something spicy, go for level 5 🤔🤔🤔
Had dins near her place at Anchorpoint... The food here was not bad at all. The French onion soup was full of flavours but a tad too salty. The paella was pretty good and portion was a lot. The baked potatoes was yummy. Overall + 2 glasses of beer was $60+
Hearty lunch with bae at Vivocity. The sausages and rosti were good, salmon was done well but the pizza was a little too salty for my liking. Priced wise I'd say a little pricey? All these and a cup of flat white was $80+.
These were what was served during our luncheon just now... Yummy delectables served in a great environment. $38++ per pax, definitely worth the money.
Best roast meat ever. Bae and I had huge portions of the roast lamb and beef which were so good! Tender and juicy and cooked to perfection. The buffet is Priced at $38++ per person during lunch, I think it's a worthy place.
Great place with a rustic ambience. Food was great but portion a tad too small for my belly. Though price was reasonable on the good side. All these costs slightly over $40 only 😊😊😊
I died! This is the best shaved ice I've tasted in my life so far... Having to come from a small town Kuching, you'd never get good ice shavings... $12.90 for a bowl fit for 2, this is yummers!
Chocolate brownie, prime steak with fries, salmon with quinoa, honey mustard bacon salad. Had the 2 for $28++ dinner set as early birthday celeb for the bestie. The steak was superb, Cook to perfection, salmon was done well, salad was awesome. Too bad the chocolate brownie wasn't too awesome. Definitely a good place to hang with friends after work.
Had the mango pomelo dessert, mango crepe and the papaya white fungus dessert. Overall maybe 3.5/5? The pomelo in the dessert was bitter so it out me off a little, but the gravy was awesome because they really blended in fresh mangoes. Tasted like mango smoothie. The crepe was yummy, skin not too thick, mango chunks was big. The papaya dessert was so-so. Maybe not being a fan of those sort of healthy dessert but it wasn't too sweet which is good. Overall for all these desserts paid $19+.
Ahh I've mistake this cake for salted caramel cheesecake!!! Nonetheless it didn't disappoint as it isn't too sweet (which I like in my cheesecake). The texture of the cheesecake was great, not grainy and was not too cheesy. Though the portion per slice is a little too huge for us, it's worth a go. Priced at $9 a slice
Mini sticky date pudding, mini chocolate pudding, Eton mess, Mini lemon brûlée tart and pear bread pudding... This platter costs $28. The sticky date pudding was yummy, moist, not too sweet, but not as smooth as Bread Kitchen's. The lemon tart was okay sans the crust being toooooo hard. The Eton mess was just... A mess. Maybe I just do not fancy fresh cream dessert. Mini chocolate pudding was reasonable, not the best but still okay. And the pear bread pudding was interesting... I like the consistency and texture of the pudding, crispy and soft on the inside. Overall, if you'd like to try all their items in this selection, you can order this. Otherwise you can order them individually instead
Another great selection by my companion during the dinner. This dish has a wondrous amount of succulent prawns and scallops. The taste of the pasta is just right... Though it brings back memories of super 'atas' har mee from Malaysia (maybe coz of the very prawny taste). Overall a good dish to try. Priced at $25
