Got my fav flavours - Matcha & Taro and Hey I am Yogust sure didn’t disappoint! They were so generous with the toppings like the taro paste (which I appreciated it being not too sweet) in the taro yoghurt, as well as the red beans & tofu (such a nice touch!) for the matcha one!

First time hearing of black sesame ramen and as a fan of black sesame I had to give the black king a try and it sure didn’t disappoint! Tried my friend’s Red King and absolutely loved it as well!! Can’t wait to be back back to try the other kings!

Was feeling a little indulgent so I decided to get the Kaisen don combo and with just a top up of a little over $3 I got to enjoy some extra unagi with my fav Kaisen salad which again, didn’t disappoint with the freshness and quantity for its pretty affordable price 💯 love it that everything’s just in nett prices at Teppei! And it’s great that the Asia square outlet has this combo option to make up for my regret for not being able to DIY my don bcos the DIY outlets were a little more out of the way for me. Already foreseeing myself going back real soon for the combo, maybe with the tamago as the add on this time 😋 also tried their ebi and pork katsus for the first time and they were just the way I like my katsu, crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside.. just take my calories! 🤤

Loved the decor the moment I stepped into the restaurant, and even more so the lovely details from the menus that resemble exercise books with actual student names written on it to the erasers and five stones placed at each table that my friend and I had fun with and fondly remembered from our Pri sch days, to the fun ordering experience of writing on the whiteboard! Cute little games were also sweetly provided for customers to play with while waiting for the food. And I haven’t even got to the best part yet: THE STICKY CHEWY CHOC CAKE. NOBODY SHOULD LEAVE WITHOUT TRYING THIS!!! Best cake I’ve had in a while. On the sweet side but perfect for sweet tooths like me. Totally worth every calorie!!

Started off w the quesadilla which my friend and I LOVED so much it was polished up before we even remembered to snap a photo😂 My salmon was moist and I absolutely adored the sides, especially the corn bread 🤤 I don’t do carbs that much but that corn bread I couldn’t resist and it was Long gone before I noticed 🐷 ended off on a sweet note w the first pecan pie I’ve had in ages after craving for one for the longest and the dark choc was worth my every calorie🖤

Had a great start to the week with one of the most tender char siew I’ve ever had thanks to Shukuu😍 absolutely loved the mentaiko rosti too, first time hearing of and having something like this and it tasted like a very pleasant variant of mentaiko fries, but better! 🤤

Had a great catch up with my friend over good food thanks to TWGF! Had to order the interesting foie gras lotus leaf rice which didn’t disappoint, and their portions were so generous! They also made our otherwise long Tuesday by kindly offering a bowl of amazing mentaiko fries on the house😍 Also, their wines were only $6 a glass so we had to get some even though it was only Tuesday😌 and there was no compromise on quality at all, what a steal!

Absolutely LOVED my melt-in-the-mouth flat iron and the onglet that I stole more than a little off my friend’s plate �
Also finally got to try the foie gras panna cotta that I’ve always wanted to try for the novelty and amazing as it was I actually liked my friend’s tiramisu more �
Had a unusually great Tuesday night thanks to FatBelly who pampered our bellies heheh

Had a lovely dinner with my family last Saturday. Totally loved the varlhona beef! Had the Sophia’s Risotto too that tasted interestingly like Otah which I’m not complaining about and the portion was so generous! The other dishes we had like the octopus leg and foie gras were smaller in portions (but no compromise on the taste), living up to the tapas-style which was actually great as they were just right for us to share and still finish everything. Ended the meal with a solid chocolate fudge cake which was def moist as they put it! Nice ambience & service on point too!
