Love the array of hues in this ensemble: an airy waffle tinged green from the infusion of matcha, decorated with ivory-coloured vanilla ice cream, molecular yellow blobs of passionfruit gelée, slices of crimson strawberries, and a finishing scatter of monochrome sesame seeds.
Taste-wise, you get nuttiness from the sesame seeds, the tang of the berries and fruity, tropical sweetness of the passionfruit combined with the mellow sweetness of vanilla, all tempered with a subtle bitterness from the green tea. Not too bad overall, though I would have preferred more of that passionfruit sauce.
